I had the fortune of staying in Apt 3 for a duration of 20 months total (from August 2019 to March 2020 and again from August 2021 to August 2022). The apartment was lovely and looked just like the pictures I was shown online when signing the lease. The apartment was professionally cleaned before my move in date and was fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. The location of the apartment deserves special appreciation - it is close to grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Being just a 3-min walk away from a bus stop and 10-min away from a metro station it is especially convenient for tenants using public transit for their daily commute. The apartment building also comes with free outdoor parking and a lovely backyard ideal for summer BBQs.

The accuracy of the pictures and videos was spot-on, and the apartment was even more beautiful in person. The responsiveness and communication from you were excellent, which made living here super comfortable Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend your apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Regarding to the apartment 20, it has 3 rooms with washroom, kitchen, and hall. It is full furnished with the utilities. The electrical items are provided like fridge, oven, and microwave. The wide space of the apartment makes the movement more comfortable especially for people on wheelchair or using walker. The net and TV channels are available. Everything in the apartment is brand new and maintained very well.
